The Senseflow AdBlue dispenser is a dedicated pumping system designed for the safe and efficient dispensing of AdBlue, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). AdBlue is a clear, non-toxic, slightly urea solution (32.5% urea in deionized water) used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel engines. The dispenser ensures accurate, clean, and controlled delivery of the fluid into a vehicle’s AdBlue tank. Unlike conventional fuel dispensers, AdBlue dispensers are made with materials resistant to the corrosive effects of urea, such as stainless steel or high-grade plastics, and include specialized seals, hoses, and nozzles to prevent contamination. They are commonly installed at fuel stations, transport depots, agricultural and construction sites, or any facility storing diesel-powered fleets.
